Non-Returnable Items

To ensure compliance with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, we do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Herbal Teas

  • Herbal Tinctures

Package Damage or Order Issue

In the event you receive a damaged package or encounter an order error, please me us at empowerme@salyanaessentials.com with the subject "Replacement Requested" within 7 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and attach pictures of the damaged package, incorrect items, or missing items. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Returning Hard Goods

We do accept returns on these hard goods

  • Accessories

  • Artwork (prints, paintings, etc.)

  • Clothing

  • Mugs

In the event you are not satisfied with your product, email us at empowerme@salyanaessentials.com with the subject "Return Requested" within 7 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible to setup a return. We will also notify you by email once the returned item is received and inspected. Upon inspecting the return, we will provide you with a full or 50% partial refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

To receive a Full Refund (minus the cost of return shipping), the product must not have been opened and is in its original packaging.

To receive a 50% Partial Refund (minus the cost of return shipping), the product must not be damaged or tampered with its original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Coaching Programs

Due to the highly personalized nature of our coaching programs, which involve tailored coaching, customized action plans, and ongoing support, refunds are generally not available after the program has started. Your success in the program relies heavily on your consistent engagement and participation.

In the event of extenuating circumstances necessitating early program termination, a pro-rated refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a pro-rate refund, you must:

  • Provide documentation of the extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency, job relocation).

  • Demonstrate adherence to the program's attendance and participation guidelines (e.g., attending coaching sessions, completing assignments).
