Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer. We currently ship within the United States.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns

Because our body oils, herbal teas, and body scrubs are personal care and consumable products, all sales are final and these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please email empowerme@salyanaessentials.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped.

Coaching programs

Coaching programs are governed by the terms in your signed Coaching Agreement, including payment, cancellation, and refund terms. If anything in this policy conflicts with your Coaching Agreement, the Coaching Agreement applies to your coaching program.
