SESSION 1 - FOUNDATION & FOCUS
Map Your House
We map your "house" together — identifying which rooms of your life feel solid and which need attention right now. You set the priorities. This session alone tends to give clients more clarity than months of trying to figure it out alone.
SESSION 2 - YOUR VISION
Clarify What You Actually Want
With your priorities identified, we get clear on what you actually want. Not what you think you should want — what you genuinely envision for your life when it is working the way you need it to. This becomes the north star for everything that follows.
SESSION 3 - SEEING YOUR WHOLE HOUSE
Visual Wellness Mapping
Visual mapping and meaning-making. We step back and look at the full picture — the patterns, the connections between rooms, and what your wellness landscape is really telling you. This session often surfaces insights clients did not expect.
SESSION 4-5 - RENOVATION & REFLECTION
Where the Real Work Happens
This is where the real work happens. We navigate obstacles, build new habits, and adjust as real life shows up — because it always does. These sessions are flexible by design, adapting to where you are in the moment rather than following a rigid script. You set the pace.
SESSION 6 - INTEGRATION & NEXT SESSION
What's Changed, What's Next
We review everything you have built, celebrate what has shifted, and map out what your next season looks like. You leave with a clear picture of what is sustainable and what comes next — whether that is another 90-day cycle or stepping forward independently with the tools you have developed.

Before Session 1, you complete a brief intake to help us hit the ground running. This is intentionally light — a few reflective questions designed to help you arrive at your first session with some initial awareness of what you are carrying and what you are hoping to shift.

No — The Wellness House™ is wellness coaching, not therapy. We focus on goal-setting, behavior change, and building sustainable habits. It's a great complement to therapy, but is not a clinical mental health intervention.

Is this therapy or counseling?
What if I don't know where to start?
That's exactly what Session 1 is for. We start by mapping your "house" together — you don't need to come in with answers, just an openness to explore. Most clients say that first session alone gives them more clarity than months of journaling on their own.
How much time does this require between sessions?
The between-session work is light — reflections, not overwhelming homework. Most clients spend 15–20 minutes per week. This was intentionally designed for busy professionals who don't have hours to spare.
Can I do a payment plan?
Yes — payment plan options are available. Bring it up during your free discovery call and we'll find an arrangement that works for you.
What happens after 90 days?
At your final session, we review everything you've built and discuss what your next season looks like. You can re-enroll for another 90-day cycle, shift to a lighter maintenance package, or step forward independently with the tools you've developed.
